Shipping Information for Custom-Made Dresses

Whether you select a regular size or give us your measurement, our dress styles are all processed after you place an order. Thus, the shipping time and our return policy may be different for some special items. Read on to check out the details.

The shipping is not free at our site.

Shipping Time

Total shipping time is equal to the time for processing your dresses + the time taken for the finished dress to be shipped to you. Standard shipping time amounts to about a month: 12-15 days for processing and 10-15 days for delivering to your place. The exact shipping time depends on the shipping company.

Fast shipping time is 2-3 weeks depending on the availability.

Kindly reminder: Make sure to place your order at least a month before your wedding date. Also take a comfortable time schedule into consideration for possible alterations and modifications.

If the cases are that something emergent happened or your wedding day is almost close or something else as well, just contact us to expedite your order.

Concerning the orders, it is necessary to keep in contact with the customer service department all the time.

Returning for replacement and refund-Important

Order Canceling

Since we have compact time schedule for dress processing, we only accept order canceling in 3 days after you place an order.

Referring to the orders which are being processed, we can not cancel the order.

If you are determined to cancel the order when we are processing the dress, we can not refund the full payment of the order to you.

We also can not cancel the orders in the following cases.

The shipping is delayed as you do not reply to us when we send the pictures of the dress to you.

The processing is delayed as you do not tell us the measurements of the dress in time.

Returning for replacement and refund

Frankly speaking, as we are dedicated to running in a long time as a wholesaler and an individual vendor, we value all our services and products offered at our website. All dresses are customized after receiving your order. Before shipping the dress out, we will send pictures to you for confirming. We aim to satisfy you. If you have any questions about the quality or details on your dress, contact the Customer Service Department first as soon as possible. We will do our best to get everything satisfactory!

All returns must be asked within 3 days of receipt for refund. Please contact us before you send the dress back.

We only accept dresses in their original condition- unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged. We accept the returning in the following cases.

1. The dress can be returned for a refund, if the dress is obviously defective.

Warning :

The dress can not be the same as the image. It is 90%-99% most like the image. But we offer modifications according to your requirements when the dress is finished. We guarantee the dress to be close to image.

2. Referring to the dress which is not processed with the measurements you give us, we can refund the payment to you.

3. If the dress is made in a color which is completely different from the color you choose, we can refund the payment of the order to you.( For example, the red dress is made in blue.)

You should always send your returned package to China and provide us with a tracking number in order for a replacement/refund to be issued. And the refund will be made in the same form in which payment was received.

We will be deeply appreciated for your understanding as return is not accepted in following two cases.

1. The dress can not be returned if the dress is worn, washed, altered, and damaged.

2. You do not measure the size correctly and give us the wrong measurements, so the dress does not fit. (But you can send the dress back at your expense and we alter the dress for you ; alternatively you can alter it at the local repair store.)

3. There is little color difference between the real dress and the pictures owing to the diverse screens, cameras and light which is not avoidable.
