The dresses are made and shipped in the factory in China directly. There is no additional fees. Thus the price of the dress is affordable.

6: Are they used dresses ?^top

All offered gowns and products at our site are new . They are processed after placing an order. We do not accept or offer resale items.

7: Are the dresses in stock ? What sizes ?^top

The dresses are processed after customers place orders.They are not ready-to-wear. They can be processed according to the regular size and measurements in details.

8: Is the dress same as the image at your site ?^top

The dress is close to the image. The small details may vary. But it is not obvious. We guarantee that you are satisfied with the dress.

9: I can not find the color from your color chart. Do you have the color ?^top

Yes. We have. You might as well take a look at the color swatch of satin, chiffon,and taffeta via the attachment.

10: I have some pictures of another dress. Can you make it for me ?^top

Please show us some pictures of the dress you are interested in. Thus we can check it whether the dress can be processed or not.

11: I find some styles which are same as the brand dresses. Do you offer the brand dresses ? Why are they so cheap ?^top

What we offer are not brand dresses. They are similar to the styles from the brand dresses.

12: What about the quality of the dresses ?^top

The dresses we offer are made of quality fabrics which are comfortable and healthy.

13: If I want to make some alterations to the images of the dress at your site, is that available ?^top

We can make some possible changes.Please contact us to confirm it before you place an order.

15: Fabrics usually used on your wedding dress products-What and Where ?^top

Chiffon: Delicate and sheer—made from rayon, it carries a soft finish. Ideal transparency makes it a popular option for layered skirts, sheer sleeves, and wraps. Refined chiffon detailing is a perfect touch for romantic flavor.
Organza: Crisp and sheer like chiffon, it owns a stiffer texture that is similar to tulle, but more flowing. It’s popular for skirts, sleeves, backs, and overlays.
Satin: It’s a woven fabric of synthetic fibers like polyester. Featuring heavy, smooth, high sheen on one side, it’s very common on bridal gowns. Considering its structural attributes, it is used for most fitted bodice.
Taffeta: Crisp and smooth, it has a slight rib. Its rich touch is loved by winter dress designers and always tones up any winter festive aura.
Tulle: Netting made of nylon, or rayon, it’s used primarily for skirts and veils.

16: Can I see the color swatch before my order ? How ?^top

Yes. We do have fabric swatches available for free and you just need to pay for the shipping fee ranging from 15$ to 35$ depending on your location. If you have any questions about how to get these free swatches, contact our Customer Service Department and you will be soon satisfied.

17: Will I be required to pay import duty by my country's Custom House ? ^top

Based on our past experiences, cases are that most countries do not charge import duty on low volume personal imports.

18: When should I order ?^top

It’s wise to place your order long time before your wedding date. In general, you order will be delivered to your place in a month by standard shipping or within 2-3 weeks by fast shipping. Thus, at least a month before your wedding, you are required to place the order. All the way, check your order and keep in contact with our Customer Service Department to make sure your dress is on the way. Also, ordering much earlier gives you a comfortable time frame to accommodate any possible alterations.

19: What payment methods do your accept ?^top

We accept payment either by Credit Card, PayPal, Western Union or direct wire transfer.

20: How do I know if my purchase has been confirmed ?^top

We will send the confirmation email to you after you place an order. You can also track the status of the order at our site.

21: If I do not want the dress, can I cancel the order ?^top

Since we have compact time schedule for dress processing, we only accept order canceling in 3 days after you place an order.If you have to cancel the order, please contact us either by emails, live support online and phone within 72 hours.
Referring to the orders which are being processed, we can not cancel the order.
If you are determined to cancel the order when we are processing the dress, we can not refund the full payment of the order to you.
We can not cancel the orders in the following cases either.
The shipping is delayed as you do not reply to us when we send the pictures of the dress to you.
The processing is delayed as you do not tell us the measurements of the dress in time.

22: How many days do you process the dress ?^top

Usually the dresses are processed in 10-12 days. It takes about 7-10 days for the dresses to get to your place by standard shipping.

23: I need the dress urgently. Can the dress be expedited ?^top

It depends on the day you need to receive the dress. We can expedite the processing of the dress to some extent. You need to choose fast shipping when you place an order.

24: Do you offer free shipping?^top

No. The shipping is not free at our site.

25: How do I track the order ?^top

We will email the shipping number to you after the dress is shipped out. Please check the emails from us. You can also track the order at our site.

27: If the dress is not suitable, can I return the dress for a refund ?^top

Usually our seamstresses make the dresses according to the measurements you choose. If the dress is not made according to the measurements you choose, and the dress is not wearable,we can alter the dress for you. Alternatively you return the dress for a refund. Please check the return policy at our site for more information. If not, you need to pay for the alterations.

28: If I do not like the dress after I receive the dress, what do you offer ?^top

If the dress is processed according to the image and we do not do something wrong, the dress can not be returned for a refund.

29: If I am not satisfied when you email the pictures of the finished dress to me, can you alter the dress ?^top

Yes. We will alter the dress after you tell us how to alter the dress. If the alterations are not doable, we will inform you and recommend some professional advice about the alterations.

30: I received the dress,the dress does not fit. What can you offer ?^top

Please measure the dress with a tape and tell us the measurements. Please do not forget to show us some pictures of measuring the dress. Thanks.
