Yes, the shipping was fast. I wasn't too impressed with the packaging of the dress though. The fabric of the dress was awesome. There are some threads hanging and the zipper is rather hard to zip up and down. The straps were supposed to be detachable, but they aren't. The dress is slightly too large on top. I suppose I can have it altered somewhere around here. All in all I like the dress and it looks better on me than any of the other ones I have tried on. But I still find some of the beading work was larger than it looked in the picture. Anyway, I'm very satisfied with customer service. You always responded to my emails in a timely manner. It was kind of scary ordering a wedding dress online, but I think it worked out. I would recommend anyone to doing it.
