Yes, your shipping is so fast. Embellishments on my dress are all ok. I believe a better job could have been done. You did a good job in the customer service part. I was suprised how fast the dress got to me. The dress fabric is beautiful...more beautiful; than I anticipated. I am more that happy with the delicate embellishments on the dress. I am very impressed with the work the seamstress performed. I am 100% satisfied with the customer service. Stephanie was helpful and supportive through the entire process. When a bride is planning her wedding it is extremely stressful for her, Stephanie made the waiting process bearable. I have only one suggestion for you. The way the dress came was somewhat disappointing. The DHL bag the dress was packed in was wide open and the dress was sticking out a quarter of the way. My suggestion is maybe double bag it...2 DHL bags maybe...just to protect the dress. Thank you for making such a beautiful dress for me. I know my groom will love it on our wedding day. I have recommended your company to family members who are to wed in the near future. I will continue to recommend your company to anyone who may need a dress or accessories in the future.
